BackGround Manager is a free application which runs on windows. It lets you set a picture for each day of a week. It then automatically changes your background to this picture on each day of the week.

Add a little spirituality to your desktop with this free customization tool, though some might find the designs a little too busy for the eyes.
DesktopLive offers several different wallpaper designs; each with a biblically-inspired quote. The wallpaper can be changed by right-clicking the Next wallpaper option from the taskbar shortcut, but be prepared to wait a few seconds for it to change. We clicked through each of the wallpaper designs, and found them a little too busy for our tastes, and we had a hard time reading our desktop icons on top of the design. There’s an option to save the wallpaper to your hard drive. You can even send the wallpaper as an e-card, but you’re taken to the publisher’s Web site to do so, which we found a bit confusing to navigate. The Settings menu option didn’t really serve a purpose, other than to test your Web connection.
While we didn’t care for the wallpapers designs, others might find them more appealing. If you’re looking to add some inspirational quotes to your desktop, it’s worth giving this free tool a shot.
